AERIAL YOGA

Aerial yoga is a popular form of anti-gravity exercise in recent years. Unlike traditional yoga, it uses various movements performed with the aid of a hammock or ropes to train core strength and improve coordination in the limbs. Practitioners rely on their own muscle power to maintain balance while suspended. Depending on skill level and purpose, aerial yoga includes inverted poses, hanging, stretching, and even advanced movement sequences.


It is highly effective for toning the body and achieving slimming results, such as reducing water retention. Moreover, it’s an excellent stress-relieving workout that promotes both physical and mental relaxation.

 

空中瑜伽是近年熱捧的反重力運動。與傳統瑜伽不同,空中瑜伽透過不同的繩上動作,訓練身體核心以及四肢的協調性;以自身肌肉力量維持繩上的平衡。會按照不同程度及目的,在空中做出倒轉、懸吊、伸展,甚至會有比較高階的動作串連。

空中瑜伽能夠有效幫助塑造身體線條,可以達致瘦身的效果,例如去水腫等等。而且亦是一個十分能夠減壓的運動。
